To access your child's registration form.  log into your account,  go to home tab ( you may need to click on back botton) ; click on child's name; click on forms; click on Fall 2012.

Fall EXTRA registration is April 1-noon April 12th. No late EXTRA registration.
Fall Recreational registration is April 16- noon May 24th - $120 fee
Fall Late Recreational registration is May 25-noon June 14 - $195 fee
Fall Recreational waitlist begins June 15th.
Fall VIP for children with disabilities is June 24-July 15. 

New Family tab is for families who have never had a player in Region 57.  Do not create a new account if any of your children have ever played with AYSO 57. 

Players can only be registered with one email login address. If you cannot remember your password, use prompt below login and your password will be emailed to you  within minutes by mailer@clubspaces.com.  If you have more than one email address and cannot remember which one you used as your login account you can try password prompt for each of your emails. Your password will be automatically sent to the correct email account within minutes.   

If that does not work email registrar@cdmayso.org.  A personal reply will be sent the same day by our volunteer registrar.  Multiple emails to multiple people are not necessary and cause duplication of efforts.  Always try password prompt below or faqs on website before sending email.
